This SL R230 is built from scratch by our team with attention in every detail when doing so. Absolutely everything on it is built with the sole purpose of it being a top notch competitive drift car. Writing down everything that has been done would take a week, yet again some key features and specs will be shared bellow and we do hope the pictures show the level of craftsmanship and persistence which was involved in building it. The car retains it`s stock front and rear subframes and mounting points with the stock firewall which makes it legal for every drift race in the world. The car in action can be seen on the following video: Engine: We`ve purchased a brand new LS3 from GM Performance with 430hp and 580nm. We do have on the shelf and will give with the car a set of Jenvey ITB`s with bigger injectors, Stage 3 Cam and BTR Dual Valve Springs with titanium retainers if you want to bump up the power significantly. We`ve ensured constant oil pressure being fed in to the engine with Accusump 2 liter unit. Drivetrain: - BMW m57 3.0d Gearbox with single ceramic disc with Sachs Performance pressure plate - Winters 10 inch Quick Change differential with 5 ratios - Kangaroos Team Super Heavy Duty Half-Shafts with 125mm inner joints and 110mm outer ones - Kangaroos Team Heavy Duty Drive-Shaft for up to 1000NM with dana 1410 U-joints Electrics: Ecu Master Black for engine management, and Ecumaster ADU 7 inch dashboard. All of the wiring is custom and as simple as possible for the user. Key Spec: 1130kg race ready with 50,5% cross and 56/44 front to rear balance. The car is made to race with 245/35/19 for the front and 285/35/19 for the rear. MG Solution Rear Drop knuckle for E92 with custom control arms and positions for zero caber gain and some toe in when suspension compresses.
