Well, as much as you have hoped for a grunty turbo inline six, with the stock N54 and it's small turbos that eliminate lag, you get a pretty boring 300 hp with linear torque similair to a rotary hairdrier. The engine has potential, but the factory tune has none of it. We offer you a top mount twinscroll t3 turbo manifold to get you back that turbo car characteristic with a pinch of lag and crazy high end. Our manifold was developed to requre no modification of the crammed engine bay of the e90/2 and will be safe to say that bigger bodies will accomodate it with room to spare. EGT sensor probes can be installed on either side of the t3 flange. As with all the rest of our lineup, this manifold is made of heat resistant cast iron for daily abuse. The standard package includes a full set of 7mm nuts and gaskets rings between the head and the manifold. Manifold has been testfitted with gt35 0,82 a/r turbine housing with zero fittment issues. Manifold comes with: - seal rings - set of m7 nuts - triangle flange with a hole to weld your wastegate V-band, triangle flange used as a block plate if you plan on not using an external wastegate and a gasket NOTE: keep in mind smaller frame turbochargers might have some interferance issues with the valve cover which is avoided using a 10mm. thick t3 flange spacer. Please note that warranty claims for cracked manifolds will not be honoured with the lack of a flexible coupling on your downpipe. Using a turbo support/brace is advised on heavy turbochargers like the Holsett Hx35/Hx40.
