The M111 while always sluggish and inert in its N/A form and somewhat mediocre in the supercharged variation does have vast potential. Being a lot lighter than the five, six or eight cylinder alternatives means that a baby benz or a W202 will be able to retain a favorable weight distribution and if turbocharged - have the horsepower in excess of the respective DTM racecar. That is why we’ve devised a high performing cast iron manifold for the sixteen valver. The manifold features a T3 flange for the turbo (most of the 250-700hp rated turbines come with T3 flange) Two bolt patern for the common known 38mm wastegate by Tial and many chinese replicas. The manifold is not restrictive for up to 460 bhp!!! Clearance have been tested with all Garett gt28, gt30, some gt35, Holset hx35 and the smaller h series, Borg Warner 200sx series. Fitment with a 3 inch downpipe on a RHD vehicles is cleared! The manifold is made to fit all w124, w201, w140, r129, w202, w210 and the G class!!! Please note that warranty claims for cracked manifolds will not be honoured with the lack of a flexible coupling on your downpipe. Using a turbo support/brace is advised on heavy turbochargers like the Holsett Hx35/Hx40.
