Ah, our latest, greatest work is just about completed. It's pretty cool to have a laboratory like Dexter and create whatever your 'tism comes up with. Some times your head is on fire, but in the end it's all totally worth it. So without further ado - the intake manifold with integrated water to air intercooler is up for grabs. The key ingredient here is efficiency: -Water has a much higher thermal conductivity than air - roughly 13 to 20 times more effective at transferring heat -Water absorbs significantly more heat than air, allowing it to cool the intake charge faster and more effectively, even in compact, high-performance, or high-heat environments. -Water-to-air systems use a smaller intercooler core and allow for much shorter piping. They can significantly reduce air charge volume, leading to quicker turbo response. -Water-to-air systems are less dependent on high vehicle speeds for airflow to be effective, making them ideal for drag racing or street use, as they handle heat spikes better. -Ice Capability: For drag racing or short bursts, the coolant reservoir can be filled with ice, allowing the intake charge to be cooled below ambient temperature. Specs: -high performance core capable of cooling up to 600 hp that features billet end tanks -robust construction allowing for high boost levels -big internal volume with shared zones before and after the intercooler core -76mm intake port for no bottleneck operation (stock om606 intake has a 50mm inlet) -customizable configuration - your unit can have it's inlet facing up, down, front or back -compact design that will work with most engine bays and brake booster setups -powder coated with wrinkle finish grey as default -included are custom fasteners and support brackets that hook to the stock fixing points -two 4mm hose outlets for your ALDA/MAP sensor or boost gauge -two ORB10 fittings for the wet side of things (in a month from now we`ll have adaptors to AN10, AN8 or AN6 included) -all of the shown brackets, gasket, fasteners and fuel line adaptors will be included in the package and they all will be necesarry to use for the mounting process -looks tits as all our intakes *OM606 type will be available in May 2026* NOTE: Manifolds are in production without stock available and will have lead time of a few weeks after order is placed. Until mid 2026 lead time may be up to a month. NOTE: The manifolds on the pictures are prototypes. The actual ones will have mounting points on their plenum to the OEM intake manifold fastening points. NOTE: Manifold are on the lower price until mid 2026
